LocalJost (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and is accessible on a website hosted by LocalJost in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our designated DMCA agent with a written notice containing the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., URLs, IP address);
- Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

2. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed (or access was disabled) as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the content appeared before removal;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address; and
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or in the district of our location if outside the U.S.), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or their agent.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, LocalJost may terminate, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users or account holders who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
4. Misrepresentations
Please note that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing (or was removed in error) may be subject to liability.
